We understand the financial demands necessary to justify energy retrofit efforts in commercial buildings, and have developed accurate metrics of labor and equipment costs, rebates, and financing options, in concert with contractors and utility companies, to analyze and forecast the ‘right’ time to replace equipment.
Rosenberg + Associates managed the upgrade program of 16 Auto Club facilities all across Southern California. They developed a rolling design and construction strategy, along with a novel bidding, purchasing, and implementation plan that saved the club both money and time. All of this had to happen while the Club’s offices remained open to serve our members without interruption. After the first phase was completed, we were so pleased with the results that we added another batch of buildings to their contract.
